Pickup Group Members |
Member Index |
System-generated, protected field. Contains the number of members in the group. You can have up to 75 members per pickup group. |
| Number | Enter the directory numbers that are members of the pickup group. A station can only appear in one pickup group. A pickup group may be a mix of multiline set prime lines and standard telephones. A pickup group cannot include attendant console directory numbers or multiline set non-prime numbers. Order matters when programming entries. If multiple members are ringing at the same time, the system looks at the first number entered and continues to the end to determine which call to pick up first. Members on the same switch as the user attempting the pickup are answered first followed by remote members (if any). NOTE: A Clustered Call Pickup group must include at least one local member. |
Blank |

For non-resilient pickup group members, this field displays the name of the local element (that is, the element that to which you are currently logged in). For resilient pickup group members, the name displayed belongs to the primary element for the agent skill group. |
| Secondary NE | System-generated, protected field. If a pickup group member is resilient, this field displays the name of the member's secondary (backup) network element. |
